    • If the product meets the established conditions, the exchange will be approved, and the customer will receive instructions on the next steps.
  4. Product Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for shipping the product to LATIN FLAVOR. We recommend that the product be sent back in its original packaging to ensure its integrity during transportation.
  5. Exchange Processing:

    • After receiving the returned product, we will carry out a final check and proceed with sending the new product or refunding it, depending on the customer's preference.

Observation:

  • LATIN FLAVOR reserves the right to refuse the exchange if the product does not meet the conditions established in this policy.
